A Legacy of Care and Concern
It was from a heart filled with compassion for retiring people that Town & Country Manor had its early beginning. In 1948, the founder, Mrs. Jennie Suppes, was able to acquire a few small cottages in Glendale, California. This allowed her to begin fulfilling her life-long dream of caring for others. Later, in 1954, as the need and the facilities continued to grow, the property was given to The Christian and Missionary Alliance to carry out the Suppes' tradition of "Care and Concern." Then, looking toward the future, a beautiful 10 acre site in Santa Ana was selected, and the first phase of this masterfully planned retirement center opened its doors for residents in 1975. |

Our Commitment to You
Today, as a non-profit organization, Town and Country Manor continues to offer an elegant, comfortable lifestyle in a warm Christian atmosphere for seniors age 60 and over. Except for your monthly fee, you can become a part of this retirement community with no further financial commitment from you - but our commitment to you is extensive. It is our responsibility to not only meet the current and changing needs of our community, but to also maintain the highest standards of quality service. Earning the respect and friendship of our residents on a daily basis is the foundation of our commitment. |

Continuing Care Retirement Center
We are licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Center (CCRC) by the State of California, committed to continuous care. Our responsibility is to promote the emotional and physical well-being of each individual without compromising independence, dignity and security. If additional help becomes necessary, our on-site Medical Center is available. By providing this type of continuing service, residents can look to the future without the fear of losing the long-term support of their family, friends, and our staff.
Here at Town and Country Manor, we proudly offer three levels of care: Residential (Independent Living), Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.
