Health Care Center

 

The Health Care Center at Town and Country Manor is designed to accommodate the medical needs of our residents; which include Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation Services.

 

Skilled Nursing Care is provided by caring professional nurses who follow the prescribed treatment of the residents own physician.

 

Rehabilitation Services is provided by a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, who are adept at rehabilitating residents to get them back to their highest prior level of function.
