1-bedroom apartments: $4,565–$5,895 for a single occupant
2-bedroom apartments: $7,490–$8,190 for a single occupant
2nd person fee: $1,300
One-time application fee: $2,500 per single occupant, $3,500 per couple*
*Please note that this fee does not apply toward your monthly rent upon move-in. This fee covers administrative expenses for a new residency.
Independent living is private pay only. Medicare, Medi-Cal and Section 8 assistance are not applicable.
