Dr. Goodman from Senior Doc will discuss which factors are most important for aging well. From diet to exercise to supplements to socializing to reducing stress, Dr. Goodman will answer all your questions! RSVP is required for attendance.

Dr. Goodman earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University before attending medical school at the University of Texas in Houston, where he also completed his residency in Family Medicine. A California native, Dr. Goodman now serves patients across Orange County as a concierge doctor.
