Doc Talk with Dr. Goodman

What are the top mind-body practices, foods, supplements and exercises that yield the greatest results for aging adults? Find out. Join us for an interactive presentation with healthful superfood snacks, timeless wisdom and cutting-edge wellness science as Dr. Goodman gets to the core of how to age better with more vigor. Dr. Goodman has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and attended medical school at the University of Texas at Houston, and stayed to complete his Residency training in Family Medicine. A California native, Dr. Goodman now sees patients all over Orange County as a Concierge Doctor. He is committed to bringing his natural warmth and caring touch to his patients.
