Sowing A Legacy Gala

The Annual Gala on Thursday, September 24, at the Hotel Fera in Orange, is an opportunity for all of us to be a part of Sowing a Legacy by supporting and caring for residents who have outlived their financial resources. All proceeds from the event go directly to the Resident Benevolent Fund.

For more than 50 years, Town & Country has carried forward a legacy of faith and philanthropy inspired by our founder, Mrs. Jennie Suppes. Today, that mission continues as we serve seniors with dignity and care—reflecting the love and compassion of Jesus while creating a welcoming community where individuals of all faiths and backgrounds can truly feel at home.

What is the Resident Benevolent Fund?

Our aim is that anyone who chooses Town & Country as their home can remain here for the rest of their life, surrounded by friends and staff who become like family. Displacement is difficult at any age, especially when paired with health challenges or cognitive decline.

When you give to the Resident Benevolent Fund, you help residents remain in their homes by providing needed support for both housing and care. You allow us to say “yes” to caring for those who have spent their lives serving others. At the Sowing a Legacy Gala, you’ll hear real stories of the lives changed through your generosity.

Thank you for partnering with us on our mission to demonstrate the care, love and hope of Jesus Christ to senior adults. Together, we are not simply hosting an event—we are living out a legacy of faith, compassion and care.

Thank you to those who supported our 2025 Gala!

Together we raised almost $115,000 in net proceeds to support residents who have outlived their resources! Special appreciation to our 2025 Platinum sponsor – Unidine, Gold sponsor – AllCare.ai, and Silver sponsors – Farmers & Merchants Bank Foundation, In Memory of Gale Erwin, Kaiser Permanente, the Lu Family, The Integration Works, and Zand Medical Partners.
